Yes. Our premise holds Sijil Pengesahan Halal Malaysia under the JAKIM food premise scheme, and the certificate is displayed at the front counter. No alcohol is used, sold or permitted anywhere on the property, and all meat and poultry come from JAKIM-recognised suppliers.

We do. Sayur lodeh, tempe goreng sambal, telur dadar kampung, roti canai with dhal and most of the kuih and desserts contain no meat or seafood. Tell the counter when you order and we will use sambal kicap in place of sambal belacan so a dish stays fully meat-free.

Most gravies can be made kurang pedas or tanpa cili if you ask when ordering. Peanuts are harder: kuah kacang, kerisik and several sambal are ground on shared equipment, so we cannot promise a peanut-free kitchen. Please tell our staff about any allergy before you order.

There is free open-air parking for around 40 cars on the lot beside the building, plus street parking along Jalan Warisan after 6pm. Friday lunch and weekend dinner fill the lot quickly, so allow a few extra minutes.

Yes. A small surau with separate sections and telekung sits beside the rear dining hall, with wudhu facilities next to it. Masjid Jamek Tasek is directly opposite for Friday prayers, which is why our kitchen closes between 12:45pm and 2:45pm on Fridays.

High chairs are available on request and there is a baby-changing shelf in the accessible washroom. The main hall, surau and washrooms are step-free from the car park; the kampung deck at the rear has a single 12cm step.

We seat 96 across the main hall and the covered kampung deck. Groups of 10 or more should book at least 48 hours ahead so we can join tables and prepare extra rice. For 40 or more, our catering team will set a fixed menu instead of à la carte service.

Ordinary table bookings are free and held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. Groups of 10 or more, and any buka puasa booking during Ramadan, require a RM 10 per head deposit that is deducted from the final bill. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

GrabFood reaches roughly 10km around Simpang Ampat and foodpanda around 8km, which covers Batu Kawan, Bukit Tambun, Nibong Tebal and Sungai Bakap. Outside that, WhatsApp us a takeaway order and collect it at the counter.

Nasi bungkusan needs three days, a small majlis ten days, corporate functions three weeks, and a full kenduri at least six weeks because the satay and rendang are cooked on site. Deposits run from 20% to 50% depending on the package.

Yes. We travel free within 25km, which covers most of Seberang Perai Selatan and Tengah. Further afield we charge RM 2.50 per kilometre each way, and events on Penang island need an extra hour in the schedule for the bridge.
